Cheap QB makes cash lineup builds easier
Hopefully, you have your DFS lineups ready for today’s NFL tripleheader, but for Sunday’s Main Slate, we received a gift late Friday night.
Reports have Houston starting Case Keenum instead of Davis Mills. It’s important to understand we now have $4,000 quarterback in a passing offense tossed into the player pool.
My cash lineup build became a lot easier now, but expect the cash green line to be in the 150-to-160 range tomorrow. So good luck!
Also don’t forget to check out Boris’ DFS game-by-game breakdown!
Don’t forget to check out my spreadsheet – five of my six 3-star plays at running back, wide receiver and tight end all scored TDs. You can use the sheet for prop bets as well.

Onto my Week 15 Sunday plays!
My Top Play
Quarterback
Case Keenum, Houston ($4,000): Keenum has been a quality back-up in his career and now faces the Titans’ pass funnel defense.
If Keenum can throw for 200-plus yards and a touchdown, he will easily reach value, and he can add a few points with his legs.
An easy square to starting jamming the top RBs.
Other Cash QBs
Jordan Love, Green Bay ($6,200)
Matthew Stafford, LA Rams ($6,000)
Both Love and Stafford have stepped up their passing games recently. Love had been averaging 286.5 yards passing in his four prior games before Monday’s sluggish effort. Now he faces Tampa Bay’s pass funnel defense. Stafford faces Washington 31st-ranked defense for fantasy points against QBs. The Commanders give up 293.4 yards passing on the road this season.
Sneaky GPP QB
Tommy DeVito, NY Giants ($5,000)
My Top Play
Running Back
Kyren Williams, LA Rams ($7,500): Williams comes in as my highest value among RBs on my spreadsheet.
But there are several good plays at RB this week, but Williams has a similar role with the Rams as Christian McCaffrey has with the 49ers. But Williams is $1,800 cheaper.
I’ll take discount CMC any day!
Other Cash RBs
Christian McCaffrey, San Francisco ($9,300)
Bijan Robinson, Atlanta ($6,800)
McCaffrey had a floor game last week and still scored 19.3 points. He was robbed of two goal-line opportunities or he would have had a big week, and Arizona is awful against the run (31st for fantasy points allowed to RBs.) Bijan has a juicy matchup against Carolina’s 29th-ranked defense for fantasy points allowed to RBs. He has also taken the majority of the touches in the Falcons’ backfield. Plus, the weather in Charlotte may be nasty for the passing game.
Sneaky GPP RB
Saquon Barkley, NY Giants ($7,300)
My Top Play
Wide Receiver
Jayden Reed, Green Bay ($4,900): Reed is another player who sits atop my spreadsheet this week.
He is currently running a role similar to Deebo Samuel for the 49ers – touches in the running game and plenty of targets (47 since their bye in Week 6).
And he’s has a knack of finding the end zone, scoring TDs in four of his last five games.
Other Cash WRs
Deebo Samuel, San Francisco ($7,700)
DeAndre Hopkins, Tennessee ($6,200)
Samuel has been a smash play the last three weeks, averaging 32.7 DraftKings points. But his price has finally started to creep up. Hopkins faces the Texans bottom 10 pass defense, which has given up 265.3 yards passing in its last three games. Hopkins has also seen 12 targets in each of his last two games.
Sneaky GPP WR
Rashid Shaheed, New Orleans ($4,300)
My Top Play
Tight End
Trey McBride, Arizona ($5,200): He may not have a ceiling game vs. the San Fran defense, but you cannot ignore the target volume.
He has seen at least 7 targets in five of his last six games while seeing 9 or more in four of them.
Other Cash TE
Chig Okonkwo, Tennessee ($2,900): Chig is more a cost saver at the TE spot.
But he has scored at least 8.5 DK points in his last three games to make him a viable option if you don’t want to play McBride.
Sneaky GPP TE
Darren Waller, NY Giants ($4,400)
My Top Play
DST
Buffalo ($2,400) home against Dallas: The matchup is not the best for the Bills, but with their playoff hopes on the line, they may be desperate and be riskier on defense.
The weather forecast appears dry with some light wind, but in four outdoor games this season, Dak Prescott has only average 15.3 DK points.
Other Cast DST
Cleveland ($3,500) home against Chicago
Sneaky GPP DST
Miami ($4,000) home against NY Jets
