DFS Wild Card Weekend

The weather and DFS Wildcard plays

The NFL Playoffs are here!

Which means we have a few more weeks of NFL DFS Main Slates. Today we have two games and a two-game slate tomorrow for the Main Slates. Monday now has two games as the weather got the best of one Sunday game.

***KEY NOTE*** The Pittsburgh-Buffalo game has been moved from 1 p.m. on Sunday to 4:30 p.m. on Monday.

And with these smaller slates, we need to be a little different to bring down any big tournaments. So don’t be afraid to play that back-up tight end any of the cheaper WRs hoping for that magical touchdown.

Raw points with the right price tag will bring home a nice a payday.

Now the last two weeks were nice to my bankroll as my cash lineup finished with 186.14 points, including a zero from Noah Gray as my TE. Nick Mullens, Aaron Jones and CeeDee Lamb had fire emojis to combine for 83.24 points. Even though Gray was my TE, he allowed to squeeze James Conner (33.4 points) and Justin Jefferson (39.0 points) with their fire emojis into my lineup.

Also don’t forget to check out Boris’ DFS game-by-game breakdown!

Don’t forget to check out my spreadsheet, and you can use the sheet for prop bets as well.

It comes with a 7-day free trial. Check it out!

Onto my Super Wildcard Weekend plays!

My Top Play

Saturday Quarterback

Joe Flacco, Cleveland ($6,100): Might as well ride the hot hand of Flacco.

He has thrown for more than 254 yards in all five games since taking over as the Browns QB, including a 368-yard, 3-TD performance vs. Houston in Week 16.

The only issue with old Joe is he has also thrown 8 interceptions in those five games.

Sunday Quarterback

Jared Goff, Detroit ($6,200): Goff is the cheapest of the six QBs on the slate and he’s playing at home where he has averaged 22.85 DraftKings’ points this season.

In his last three home games, he has thrown for more 278 yards in all three games.

My Top Play

Saturday Running Back

Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City ($6,400): Pacheco has been an absolute workhorse for the Chiefs this season, and with bone-chilling weather today, KC may lean on him even more.

In his last game in Week 17, he touched the ball on 50 percent of the Chiefs plays, finishing with 32.5 DK points on 130 yards rushing along with 7 catches for 35 yards and a TD.

Sunday Running Back

Kyren Williams, LA Rams ($7,300): Williams is basically Christian McCaffrey-lite -- similar production without the high price tag.

Since he has returned from injury in Week 12, he has had at least 16 rushes a game and seen 22 targets within that time frame. And his floor for scoring points is in the upper teens.

Plug and play and move on!

My Top Play

Saturday Wide Receiver

Rashee Rice, Kansas City ($6,600): With Travis Kelce slowing down this season, Rice has been the go-to guy for Patrick Mahomes later in the season.

Rice has averaged 9.33 targets in his last six games (Week 12-17) and averaged 86.3 yards receiving along with 3 TDs.

Sunday Wide Receiver

Cooper Kupp, LA Rams ($7,500): Kupp hasn’t been himself later in the season, but I’m using a little history here playing him over Puka Nacua, who is a great play too.

Kupp has faced the Lions once in his career, and it was with Matthew Stafford as his QB. In that game, Kupp turned 13 targets into 10 catches for 156 yards and two TDs.

I’ll take the little history over the cheaper Nacua.

My Top Play

Saturday Tight End

David Njoku, Cleveland ($5,600): Since Flacco became the Browns’ starting QB, Njoku has seen 45 targets during that time span.

He’s finished with 6 or more catches in four of five games and scored 4 TDs. He’s averaged 78 yards receiving in those five games.

Sunday Tight End

Sam LaPorta, Detroit ($6,000): This one may come back to hurt my lineups.

LaPorta hyperextended his knee in Week 18 and didn’t practice on Wednesday and Thursday this week. But he was a full participant during Friday’s practice.

He’s too talented to not play even in a limited capacity.

My Top Play

Saturday DST

Houston ($3,000) at home vs. Cleveland

Sunday DST

Green Bay ($2,300) at Dallas
