Forecast Week 10

Updated: Nov 13, 2022

Brown, Eagles continue to fly to stay undefeated

I believe we are going to see a shift this weekend in the NFL.

As a cold front plunges across the U.S., now is the time to see who are going to be forces to reckon with during the playoffs.

More than half the games are going to see game-time temperatures in the 40s and 30s.

Hopefully, the cooler temperatures don’t affect my recent hot run.

I finished with a 10-2 record last week and had another winning week in my Best Bets at 3-2. Survivor picks was 2-1 with the turnover-proned Packers ruining an undefeated week.

Onto this week’s games!

(Odds are based on DraftKings lines)

Seattle vs. Tampa Bay at Munich (Buccaneers -2.5, 45 over/under): The Seahawks are the better team, then why are the Bucs favored? Buccaneers, 27-22

Jacksonville at Kansas City (Chiefs -8.5, 51): Despite no running game, the Chiefs keep rolling along behind Patrick Mahomes’ arm. Chiefs, 35-24

Cleveland at Miami (Dolphins -3.5, 49.5): I’m expecting plenty of offensive fireworks from both sides. Dolphins, 33-30

Houston at NY Giants (Giants -4.5, 41): The Giants defense wins this one. Giants, 24-13

Denver at Tennessee (Titans -2.5, 39): At one point the over/under on this game was at 36.5. I’m not expecting a lot offense. Titans, 20-17

Minnesota at Buffalo (Bills -6.5, 44): Even if Josh Allen doesn’t play, I still think the Bills win. Bills, 24-21

Detroit at Chicago (Bears -3, 48.5): Can either one of these two play defense? Bears, 32-29

New Orleans at Pittsburgh (Saints -1, 40): T.J. Watt is back. That’s enough reason for me to take the Steelers. Steelers, 23-20

Indianapolis at Las Vegas (Raiders -4, 41): It appears the Colts are in disarray – so I should pick against them. Colts, 27-24

Dallas at Green Bay (Cowboys -4, 44): It's now or never for Aaron Rodgers and the Packers to save this season. Packers, 20-17

Arizona at LA Rams (Rams -3, 40): This game has an over/under that says neither team will have their starting QBs. Rams, 21-14

LA Chargers at San Francisco (49ers -7.5, 45): CMC may have been the missing piece for the 49ers. 49ers, 31-26

Washington at Philadelphia (Eagles -11, 43.5): The Eagles stay undefeated. Eagles, 30-20

Last week: 10-2 (.833)

Thursday record: 4-5 (.444)

Overall record: 86-51-1 (.627)

Survivor Picks: NY Giants, LA Rams and Philadelphia.

Last week: 2-1 (.667)

Overall record: 18-9 (.667)

Last week: 3-2 (.600)
