NFL DFS Week 17

Don't be afraid to be chalky on small DK Main Slate

Well, we only have two weeks of the NFL regular season with large schedule for the DraftKings Main Slate.

Hopefully, you have used my spreadsheet to choose a big winning lineup.

My best lineup finished with 174.16 points last week as it was a high scoring week.

My only Top Play to earn a fire emoji last week was Detroit’s Jahmyr Gibbs as he had 28.4 points but even with that score, he only had the 7th best output among RBs.

It was tough week to get all the right pieces to earn a takedown

The spreadsheet will be included at the bottom of my story the rest of the season.

Onto this week’s Top Plays:

Quarterback

Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay ($6,900, 10 percent)

Mayfield and the Buccaneers are in a must-win spot to win the NFC South Division title. Tampa Bay will not be able to make the playoffs as a wild card this season. Mayfield has done everything in his power. He’s on the cusp of a 4,000 passing yard season to go along with 34 TDs and has added more than 300 rushing yards and 3 TDs. Baker has averaged 25.8 DK points during the last three weeks.

Running Back

Tyjae Spears, Tennessee ($5,400, 21 percent)

Spears finally has the backfield to himself after handling the bulk of the Titans’ RB workload late in their last 2 games. Spears has scored 4 TDs and added 9 catches for 126 receiving yards. Now he faces a Jacksonville defense that has allowed 15 rushing TDs, 84 receptions and 19.7 fantasy points to RBs this season.

Wide Receiver

Justin Jefferson, Minnesota ($8,300, 23 percent)

Jefferson is facing the best pass defense vs. WRs based on DK points, but it’s Justin Jefferson at home. He has averaged 6 catches for 109.5 yards and 1 TD a game in his career vs. Green Bay in home games. With Jordan Addison ($6,300, 10 percent) becoming a top tier No. 2 WR, defenses can’t not just concentrate on JJetta.

Tight End

Chig Okonkwo, Tennessee ($3,600, 9 percent)

Okonkwo is finally reaching his potential that was expected of him last season. He has seen 21 targets in the last two games with Mason Rudolph ($5,000, 5 percent) under center. He piled up 17 receptions for 140 yards in the last two games. He should have some positive TD regression coming soon with his workload.

DST

Philadelphia ($3,100) home against Dallas

New Orleans ($2,900) home against Las Vegas
