Waiver Wire Frenzy Week 13

Plenty of talent remaining to use on the stretch run

The final two weeks of the regular fantasy season is upon us, and there are still plenty of quality players on the Waiver Wire Frenzy that can provide good value.

Nagging injuries to running backs D’Andre Swift, Miles Sanders and Darrell Henderson Jr. have their backups in prime spots to deliver quality fantasy points if any of the three are to miss this week’s games.

Let’s keep the opening short and sweet and onto this week’s Waiver Wire Frenzy!

Quarterback

Taysom Hill, New Orleans (5 percent Yahoo! Sports & 2 percent ESPN)

Hill is finally taking some snaps at QB in practice for the Saints’ Thursday matchup vs. Dallas.

Tua Tagovailoa, Miami (33 percent Yahoo! Sports & 45 percent ESPN)

After his bye next week, Tua, who has completed more than 80 percent of his passes the last two weeks, faces NY Jets, New Orleans and Tennessee during the fantasy playoffs.

Justin Fields, Chicago (21 percent Yahoo! Sports & 17 percent ESPN)

When he’s healthy, he will be the Bears’ starter, and he’s a good stash for next season.

Running back

Jamaal Williams, Detroit (40 percent Yahoo! Sports & 46 percent ESPN)

Boston Scott, Philadelphia (19 percent Yahoo! Sports & 17 percent ESPN)

Sony Michel, LA Rams (27 percent Yahoo! Sports & 24 percent ESPN)

Williams is the only one who is expected to step into a starting role this weekend, but keep an eye on the Eagles and the Rams practice reports to see if Scott and Michel will be spot starters in good matchups.

Matt Breida, Buffalo (23 percent Yahoo! Sports & 6 percent ESPN)

Continues to produce when given chances in Bills’ potent offense.

Phillip Lindsay, Miami (12 percent Yahoo! Sports & 11 percent ESPN)

If Myles Gaskin goes down, does Lindsay have a shot to start?

Wide Receiver

Kendrick Bourne, New England (23 percent Yahoo! Sports & 15 percent ESPN)

Despite his limited usage, Bourne continues to produce in the surging Patriots’ offense.

DeVante Parker, Miami (30 percent Yahoo! Sports & 43 percent ESPN)

When he returns, Parker has high upside value in the fantasy playoffs.

Russell Gage, Atlanta (17 percent Yahoo! Sports & 19 percent ESPN)

Finally had a breakout game since Calvin Ridley absence.

Josh Reynolds, Detroit (1 percent Yahoo! Sports & 0 percent ESPN)

Zay Jones, Las Vegas (0 percent Yahoo! Sports & 0 percent ESPN)

Both have sneaky upside in their respective teams’ offenses.

Tight End

Jack Doyle, Indianapolis (1 percent Yahoo! Sports & 1 percent ESPN)

He has seen at least 5 targets in three straight games.

Foster Moreau, Las Vegas (1 percent Yahoo! Sports & 1 percent ESPN)

Performed well already in replacing an injured Darren Waller.
