DFS Week 10

The good and bad swings can happen in one week

You can have your good weeks and your bad weeks. And sometimes in DFS you can have them both in the same day.

My cash lineup was awful and finished with 110.34 points, but it was one of my GPP lineups that saved the day.

It finished with 208.88 points to finish 15th in the 20K Daily Dollar tournament, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to place it in another tournament.

The lineup featured 6 of the players I mentioned last week in my Week 9 story.

Like I said the good and the bad in the same day!

I am providing my spreadsheet and main cash and some GPP lineups on my Patreon page: https://www.patreon.com/fantasyfbguru

The spreadsheet continues to provide the right players (including the chalky ones), but I’ve been a little slow to adjust to this year’s winning ways. Check it out and stop missing out on a cheap monthly deal!

Onto My Top Plays for Week 10!

My Top Play

Quarterback

Will Levis, Tennessee ($5,300): I’m going to stick with a cheaper priced QB for the rest of the season for my cash lineup.

Levis, who will be the starter for the rest of the season for the Titans, has thrown the ball 68 times in his first two starts and has averaged 250 yards a game. And he can put up a big day in the TD column as well, proven by his four-touchdown debut.

Other Cash QBs

C.J. Stroud, Houston ($6,900)

Joe Burrow, Cincinnati ($6,800)

Stroud may be without his top WR Nico Collins, but with a lack of a strong running game, the Texans may have to rely on the rookie’s right arm vs. the Bengals. Burrow may be without his top two WRs (Ja’Marr Chase is questionable and Tee Higgins is already ruled out) but it shouldn’t slow down the Bengals QB. Burrow has thrown 10 TDs in his last four games.

Sneaky GPP QB

Sam Howell, Washington ($5,900)

My Top Play

Running Back

Joe Mixon, Cincinnati ($6,200): With the receiving corps dealing with injuries, Mixon will be involved in the passing game even more than usual.

Mixon continues to be the workhorse in the Bengals backfield as he continues to play more than 70 percent of the snaps since Week 1. He also seen at least 15 touches in each game this season.

Other Cash RBs

Rachaad White, Tampa Bay ($5,800)

Najee Harris, Pittsburgh ($4,900)

Just like Mixon, White continues to be the workhorse in the Tampa Bay backfield, despite his rushing woes. White has seen at least 16 touches and has averaged 20.6 DraftKings points in his last three games. Harris is the 1A in the Pittsburgh backfield, but he has the red zone role between him and Jaylen Warren. Harris has 8 red zone touches the last three weeks.

Sneaky GPP RB

Travis Etienne Jr., Jacksonville ($7,100)

My Top Play

Wide Receiver

Amon-Ra St. Brown, Detroit ($8,300): St. Brown has been a workhorse this year on the road as he has collected 25 catches in the Lions’ last two road games.

This game will be in a dome which should benefit Jared Goff as his struggles on the road in outdoor conditions. But when Goff needs a big play St. Brown is the guy.

And all three of touchdowns have been on the road this year.

Other Cash WRs

Jahan Dotson, Washington ($5,000)

Tyler Boyd, Cincinnati ($4,600)

Tank Dell, Houston ($5,500)

Dotson is finally producing to the levels we saw last season in his rookie year. He benefits in the Commanders throwing the ball more than 69.8 percent of the time. Boyd is a nice buy-down option with Higgins already ruled out and Chase hobbled by a back injury. Dell is one of the Houston pass catchers who will benefit from the Texans lack of a running game and top WR Nico Collins missing the game.

Sneaky GPP WR

Mike Evans, Tampa Bay ($7,200)

My Top Play

Tight End

Dalton Schultz, Houston ($4,900): Schultz has seen 33 targets in his last four games, including his 10-reception, 130-yard game last week.

He has also scored in four of the last five games and has become a constant threat for rookie QB Stroud. He’s will be another top target for Stroud with Collins out.

Other Cash TE

Cade Otton, Tampa Bay ($3,400): Otton has seen six or more targets for three straight games, capped off with 6-catch, 70-yards, and 2-touchdown game last week.

The Titans are stout vs. TEs this season, but Otton has become a vital target for Baker Mayfield.

Plus Otton is actually one of the “cheap” TEs for the DK Main Slate.

Sneaky GPP TE

Taysom Hill, New Orleans ($5,100)

My Top Play

DST

Pittsburgh ($3,800): There is one stat to explain how the Steelers are 5-3 – they are plus-8 in turnovers this season.

Now they face turnover-prone Jordan Love, who has thrown 8 interceptions this season.

That is hard to ignore when we are supposed to spend down on a cash DST.

Other Cash DST

Dallas ($4,400) home against NY Giants

Sneaky GPP DST

Baltimore ($4,000) home against Cleveland
